Customer Service
- Shipping & Delivery
- iPadCaseFinder.com ships via USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. Ground shipping is typically through the United States Postal Service and we periodically change our shipping rates to reflect flat rate shipping. Unfortunately shipping one single case can cost as much as $9.00 at times depending on the case thats purchased and the location of where its going. We do provide tracking numbers as well. In order to receive a tracking number customers are encouraged to create an account during checkout. Please allow 24 hours to process your order.
We are not responsible for lost items by the United States Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex. If an item is listed as 'delivered' you should contact the appropriate shipper to file a claim if you did not receive it.

- We take your privacy and security very seriously. We provide a secure website to shop on which uses SSL (secure socket layer) that provides the most secure environment online. We do not share your information with third parties at all. We hate spam just as much as you and we take your information seriously.
- Returns & Replacements
- All returns should be sent back to the address listed on the contact page. You must contact us to receive a RMA number. There is a 15% restocking fee for all unopened items. Opened items require a 18% restocking fee. Typical turnaround time for refunds is 5-10 days AFTER the product is received at our location and inspected. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal payments. Simply select your preference during the checkout process. Pricing may vary from day to day as we run special promotions throughout the year. You are encouraged to sign up for our newsletter to receive the latest updates on products.
- Viewing Orders
- If you register an account during checkout you will be able to log back in to see the status of your order. We will provide you with a tracking number via email once your item has shipped. Customers that do not create an account will still receive an email alert with their tracking number.
